The Problem Identified
Our founders, with 15+ years in textile manufacturing, personally struggled to hire skilled talent. Months-long vacancies, unqualified referrals, and zero digital infrastructure in the hiring process.
2023
FlaxHire Launched
We launched in beta across Gujarat and Maharashtra with 3 employer partners and a handpicked pool of 500 verified textile professionals. The response was overwhelming.
2024
National Expansion
Expanded to 50+ cities, 1,200+ employer partners, and 48,000+ registered candidates spanning weaving, dyeing, design, merchandising, and export operations.

AI-Powered Platform
